How To Make A Healthy Tuna Salad With Vegetables (No Mayo)

A great all natural healthy tuna salad recipe with no mayo, it’s very simple to make and tasty. Different from conventional tuna salads with heavy mayonnaise mixed with little bits of vegetables.

If you just want to eat a light lunch at work or before/after the gym this salad may do the trick.. Doesn’t make your stomach feel bloated, in fact it satisfies your hunger and tastes good! Gives you an energy boost for the rest of the day.

The cubed bread crumbs add a crunch to the salad, the olive oil with the soy sauce pairs well with the tuna. You can add a little lemon juice and a wide variety of chopped vegetables and it will taste just as great.

How To Make This Tune Salad

1. Wash and chop the lettuce in fairly large pieces then the lettuce in a salad bowl.

2. Slice a whole cucumber with the peel, the peel and seeds of the cucumber are the most nutritional parts.. I don’t see why some healthy salad recipes discard them. Then slice a big red tomato in cubes or slices.. The type of tomato you want to use is up to you.. Add them to the lettuce in the salad bowl.

3. Then add a can of tuna, a can of whole corn, 1 cup of breaded cubes, finally drizzle a pinch of oregano spices and a tablespoon of soy sauce with two tablespoons of olive oil.. Mix the salad well and voila!! Easy breezy, refreshing salad and super nutritional.
