Brazilian cheese bread

Brazilian cheese breads are easy to make and delicious!.. My kids go crazy for them. Can be served between meals for a snack, appetizers, or even as a side dish at dinner time. Marinara sauce is suggested for dip however we like them just plain. Best served when eaten fresh out of the oven. Has a soft bread like texture with a hint of parmesan cheese flavor… Yummy!

How To Make Pão de Queijo (Cheese Bread)

1. Pour 1/2 cup of water with two eggs in to the bowl, then add 1 pack of Queijo Yoki flour (250g) and mix it with your hands until it becomes like one piece of pizza dough.. When you are done tear pieces from the dough and make small balls with your hands.

2. Put each ball in a baking pan on top of parchment paper so they don’t stick. Make sure the balls are one inch apart because they will grow and you don’t want them to stick together. Put them in the oven (400 degrees) for about 35 minutes or when you see a light brown crust. Enjoy!
