In Brazil they call it “Mousse Do Maracuja” it has been one of their traditional preferred desserts for ages.. Maracuja is a yellow fruit thats in the passion fruit family. The mousse has a fresh bitter sweet acidic taste that leaves your taste buds wanting more.
The texture is creamy and refreshing.. I love this recipe because it’s simple, easy to make and never fails to please visitors on a family dinner night.
