If you live in Ohio, you can order free condoms by mail that will be discreetly delivered to your home address. Requests are limited to 1 order per month.

Must be 12 to 19 years of age and live in California. You will receive a padded yellow envelope with 10 condoms. If you don’t want them delivered to your home you can pick them at your local Altamed Medical center.
